Lady and The Tramp have a son named Scamp who is a bit of an untamed spirit. Much like all children at some point, Scamp decides he knows more than his narrow-minded, overly protective parents. In the ultimate test of childhood independence, Scamp ventures off on his own to find a place that doesn't bother with useless rules and pointless restrictions. He may be very surprised at what he finds.
